Aging Process is complex (and labor intensive!)
1st aging: Whiskey in Infinity charred white oak whiskey barrels
2nd aging: Whiskey in once-used rye whiskey barrels. Raw coffee beans into the Infinity charred barrels from which we just removed the whiskey.
3rd aging: Raw coffee beans dumped from the whiskey barrels to be roasted. Whiskey back into the barrels we just removed the coffee beans.
4th aging: Roasted beans into the rye whiskey barrels that were dumped previous day.
5th aging: Roasted beans removed to be packaged. Whiskey into the barrels we just removed the coffee beans.
